We utilize high-quality Dulux products with a five-year warranty ensuring that the applied coating system will remain free from peeling, flaking, or blistering. This warranty is subject to conditions outlined in their official Warranty document.

5-YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

Our workmanship is backed by a five-year warranty, supported by our Dulux Accreditation. If premature coating failure occurs within this period, we offer the option to apply a fresh coat of Dulux paint, subject to the conditions outlined in our Warranty Document.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

We use low or zero VOC paints to minimize fumes and non-toxic fillers when possible. Our environmentally-friendly wash system (Dulux Environwash ES 800) ensures brushes and rollers are cleaned without harming the environment.

We offer a complimentary inspection and quotation with no obligation. Our process includes a thorough discussion of your project’s scope, an on-site inspection (subject to access), and a follow-up estimate tailored to your requirements, accounting for any potential building issues we identify. pulvinar dapibus leo.

If painting the building is not included in your Capital Works Plan, you might need to convene a strata committee or general meeting to obtain consent from the owners corporation or committee before proceeding.

Since changing the color of a building involves altering common property, you must obtain consent from the Owners Corporation before proceeding. Consult your strata manager to determine the type of consent needed (e.g., special resolution or ordinary resolution).

 

We work closely with strata committee members and strata managers to ensure ample notification and information about the necessary access to paint all surfaces. The strata manager will relay these access requirements to the relevant property managers. Additionally, we will supply the committee with notices to display around the building.

Prior to painting, the building typically needs to be washed. We inform owners via notice to remove any items from balconies, courtyards, etc., that they don’t want to get wet. We ask occupants to move small and personal items away from surfaces that need painting, while our painting team will handle and cover larger pieces of furniture.
